This text describes the Flow WOBO showcase site as published. No audience tool is loaded. What is missing is marked To validate.
The contact form asks, when filled in the browser:
- full name;
- email address entered by the person;
- project type: brochure site, redesign, web application, art direction, interactive experience, other;
- indicative budget, optional;
- message;
- consent checkbox for use of data for the project-related exchange.
A “Website” field is present off-screen. If filled, the script simulates success and does not process the input.
The form action is “#”. The script prevents submission and makes no network call: the success state stays in the browser. The success screen says the request was sent to Florent Epinat; the code does not transmit it.
A “Message on WhatsApp” button is shown with an “#” link. No number is published and this button sends no data.
Phone number: To validate.
The form checkbox states: “I agree that the data entered will be used exclusively for the professional exchange related to this project. Confidentiality and trade secrecy guaranteed.”
The contact page announces a personalised reply within 24 to 48 business hours. In the current prototype, that reply does not leave the form, since nothing is transmitted.
The form requires the consent checkbox before showing simulated success. The site describes no other basis, and no audience measurement.
Formal qualification: To validate.
The prototype does not store the form on a server: fields remain on the page until reset or close.
Retention period when a real send exists: To validate.
No site script sends the form to a recipient. Pages do not load any analytics tool.
The contact page offers two outbound links, chosen by the person: linkedin.com/in/flow-epinat and wobo.fr. These links do not receive form fields.
Future recipients and processors: To validate.
Transfers outside the European Union: To validate.
Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdrawal of consent, are exercised via the contact form. No email address is published for this.
A complaint may be lodged with the CNIL.
Response time for these requests: To validate. The 24 to 48 hour delay shown on contact concerns project exchange, not these requests.
Dedicated address: To validate.
The contact page displays “NO SPAM · ZERO TRACKER”. Site scripts do not write cookies, do not use browser local storage and do not load analytics.
An on-screen bar shows a scroll percentage, a frame rate and fixed coordinates “48.8566° N · 2.3522° E”. This calculation stays in the browser. It is not visitor geolocation and is not sent.
Case-study pages describe cookies of documented projects. That description does not cover measurement of this showcase site.
Host technical logs: To validate.
