South of Hikkaduwa (932 Galle Road), away from mass tourism, this 80-year-old residence combines colonial heritage with an intimate setting: five rooms and suites, king-size canopy beds, garden, ocean pool and private beach access.
Faced with big-platform commissions, the goal was a direct showcase—for the stay and for Chef Dinesh’s fusion restaurant, trained in starred techniques in Europe and seasoned in Hilton hotels.
